You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express cards without a PayPal account and without registering with PayPal.
Here is how: After you have clicked on the “Complete Order” button for the service you are purchasing you will be directed to the invoice, choose any of the Paypal buttons.
Choose the “Pay with a card” button.
And from here, just fill out the “PayPal Guest Checkout” form.
Paying in this way will not create a PayPal account as you are paying as a guest just using PayPal payment gateway.
